Project Manager (Security Systems)

A leading security solutions provider is looking for a Project Manager in Singapore. The role involves overseeing the complete project lifecycle, from planning to execution, while coordinating with teams and clients. Candidates should have a relevant diploma/degree and 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in security systems. Familiarity with Singapore regulations is essential. - Conduct site inspections and provide technical oversight.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the full cycle of project delivery – from planning and design to installation, testing, handover, and after-sales support. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and communication skills to manage internal teams, subcontractors, and client relationships effectively.
- Manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, technical documentation, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, suppliers, installers, and internal teams to align project activities and expectations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Engineering departments to ensure smooth handover and execution.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Provide on-site guidance and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
- Identify potential project risks early and implement corrective actions to mitigate impact.
- Ensure all project activities comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, as well as BCA, SCDF, and MCST standards.
- Lead and support project team members to ensure clear communication, accountability, and timely delivery.
- Foster a collaborative, problem-solving, and results-oriented work environment.
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in security systems, electrical, or M&E industries.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm, and intercom systems is an advantage.
- Familiar with Singapore regulations and approval processes (BCA, SCDF, MCST procedures).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, TEAMS, etc).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- PMP or related certifications will be an added advantage.
- Valid Class 3/3A driver’s license for site travel preferred.

- Overtime or weekend work may be required for urgent projects.
