Job description

• Support all M&E site-works involving the preparation and interpretation of specifications, drawings, and regulations for M&E services/ systems/ installations, and the engineering calculations required for the design of projects.
• Liaises with architects, engineers, landscape architects, environmental scientists, builders, contractors, suppliers, and project owners to ensure design intentions are met.
• Leads the analysis and interpretation of reports on loading, labour, productivity, quality, materials and performance.
• Review monthly reports on M&E activities and report to management.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of M&E working experience with contractors, construction projects and/or building variation works.
• Project Nature: Building/Residential/Commercial, Industrials
• Strong knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
