This is a perm role for one of our clients in the Construction Industry

Electrical Project Manager

Salary: SGD 5,000 – 7,000 per month
Location: One Pemimpin, Singapore
Work Week: 5.5 days (alternate Saturdays off)

About the Role

Our client, a well-established engineering solutions provider, is seeking a results-driven Electrical Project Manager to lead and deliver electrical works for major building and infrastructure projects.

This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning and scheduling to execution, monitoring, and handover.
• Coordinate day-to-day site operations, liaising with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities.
• Provide technical expertise in electrical design, vendor/material selection, installation standards, and safety compliance.
• Review and approve construction drawings and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams, ensuring timely delivery of work with high quality.
• Monitor progress, manage costs, and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including submissions, permits, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards.
• Prepare progress reports and variation order requests when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical project management within the building and construction sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, construction processes, and Singapore regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
