Own Tonik’s capital markets narrative and run a banker‑grade process across Fundraising (~50%), Investor Relations (~30%), and Corporate Development (~20%)—day‑to‑day partner to the CEO/CFO, close coordination with the board and current investors.
To manage Tonik’s fundraising and investor narrative, you need to thrive on ownership, cadence‑driven execution, and relentless collaboration. You need a track record in capital markets, fundraising, investor relations, and corporate development, with a focus on investor alignment.
