Quantity Surveying jobs in Singapore

We are an interior design and build company seeking a qualified candidate to coordinate with our project team to ensure the timely delivery and installation of quality products to clients.

Salary Range: $3000 to $4800, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all tender and customer inquiries.
2. Prepare costing, including quantity take-offs, cost breakdowns, and tender submissions.
3. Obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for price comparison.
4. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve competitive pricing.
5. Issue and process work orders upon client confirmation.
6. Issue purchase orders to suppliers/subcontractors, verify payments, and settle final accounts.
7. Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules and transportation.
8. Monitor and track deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors.
9. Support the project team to ensure on-schedule site installations that meet customer requirements.
10. Issue delivery orders to clients.
11. Assist the project team in submitting documents to commence work and upon project completion.
12. Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and settle final accounts with clients.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Management, or a relevant qualification.
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Experience in interior fit-outs or renovation industry is advantageous.
4. Relevant qualifications holders without experience may be considered.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
