The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and have 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in scaffolding or construction. Responsibilities include timely follow-ups for certifications, ensuring accurate tender submissions, and maintaining project documentation. • Working Hours: 5.5 Days | 830am – 630pm [Mon – Fri] | 830am – 1230pm [Sat]

Job Description

• Responsible formonthly progress claim submissionto clients.
• Ensuretimely follow-upfor claim certifications and approvals.
• Handle thepreparation and submission of tendersaccurately and within deadlines.
• Conductcost analysis and negotiate with subcontractorsto ensure alignment with project budgets.
• Ensurebudget monitoring and cost controlthroughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, scope of works, and support procurement activities.
• Coordinate with project teams for measurement, variations, and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date project records and documentation for audit and reporting.

Requirements
