Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to define project requirements and manage procurement and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and be skilled in AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential in this fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in engineering and/or commissioning, especially in sports construction.
- Ability to read and revise technical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Define and document project requirements.
- Support project planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Manage procurement and logistics.
- Oversee project quality control.
- Lead safety implementation.
- Track and report project progress.

Education
- Define and document project requirements
- Support project planning and scheduling
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Manage procurement, material inspection, and site logistics
- Oversee project standards and quality control
- Lead safety implementation and monitor compliance
- Identify issues and execute corrective actions
- Track and report project progress to the Project Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- Relevant certifications (Singapore-based)
- Experience in engineering and/or commissioning (sports construction a plus)
- Proficient in AutoCAD; able to read and revise drawings
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Internet tools
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities
- Independent, motivated, with a sense of ownership and leadership
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
