Responsibilities

• Define and document project requirements
• Support project planning and scheduling
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, stakeholders, and suppliers
• Manage procurement, material inspection, and site logistics
• Oversee project standards and quality control
• Lead safety implementation and monitor compliance
• Identify issues and execute corrective actions
• Track and report project progress to the Project Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
• Relevant certifications (Singapore-based)
• Experience in engineering and/or commissioning (sports construction a plus)
• Proficient in AutoCAD; able to read and revise drawings
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Internet tools
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities
• Independent, motivated, with a sense of ownership and leadership
• Effective team player with excellent communication skills
