Our client is a Grade A1 Contractor and Class 1 General Builder offering end-to-end construction services and solutions for public and private sector developments. They are currently hiring Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

JOB SCOPE

• Support the Quantity Surveying Manager in handling pre- and post-contract activities, as well as procurement-related tasks.
• Participate in budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, claims processing, contract payments, and the preparation of variation orders and final accounts.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or an equivalent qualification.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong awareness of current market conditions and construction cost trends.
