Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to support sales order fulfillment and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of administrative experience, be detail-oriented, and bilingual in English and Chinese. Responsibilities include handling administrative duties and logistics data entry. This role may require weekend work for order processing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience.
- Warehouse or logistics-related experience will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support sales order fulfilment and logistics coordination.
- Handle emails and general administrative duties.
- Filing documents and answering phone calls.
- Perform warehouse/logistics data entry.
- Communicate with internal staff and drivers.
Skills
Education
We are hiring "Operations Executive"
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience
- Warehouse or logistics-related experience will be an advantage
- Diligent, eager to learn and detail-oriented
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Willing to cover order processing during weekends/public holidays when required (off-site arrangement possible)
