Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients to generate new catering business.
  • Prepare and present catering proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Conduct site visits, meetings, and follow-ups to secure bookings.
  • Coordinate closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure all event requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
  • Manage event timelines, menu selections, setup arrangements, and client preferences.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of catering trends, menus, and pricing in the market.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
