Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage on-site event operations with clients and vendors to ensure smooth running of events
- Handle logistical planning and set-up for events. This can include physically moving and setting up furniture such as tables, chairs, etc
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and security protocols throughout event execution
- Manage event close-out procedures, including proper packing and return of materials, equipment and furniture
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues as part of event preparation and during events
- Oversee general correspondence, retail shops maintenance, and service providers
- Oversee the day-to-day operational needs of retail outlets, ensuring smooth functionality and upkeep of all facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate and resolve on-site issues promptly, including but not limited to: maintenance of display systems (e.g., in-store TVs), minor repairs, plumbing and electrical issues, and general fixture or lighting replacements
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections of retail locations to identify and address potential operational or maintenance concerns proactively
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing
Requirements
- Relevant experience in coordinating, managing and supporting events
- Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to various event environments and last-minute changes
- Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to work on occasional evenings and weekends
- Have a Singapore driving license
- Minimum ITE or Diploma
