Job Description

IT Operations & Support

• Provide first and second-level technical support to users on hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
• Manage user access, authentication, and permissions across various systems and platforms.

IT Equipment Handling & Inventory

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
• Maintain documentation of disposed items, including data destruction certificates and disposal reports
• Work with certified e-waste disposal vendors to manage the collection and recycling process.
