A leading pest management service provider in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Support Executive to oversee pest management operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Responsibilities include planning resources, scheduling staff, and ensuring contract obligations are met. Tertiary education preferred, and a valid NEA VCO license is a bonus.

Job description

The Operations Support Executive ensures efficient pest management operations, overseeing multiple sites and projects within his assigned area. He is responsible for the overall planning, deployment, and management of resources in the assigned zones, and for leading and mentoring a team of Assistant Managers and Executives from the Client Success department.

Responsible for ensuring productivity and contract obligations are met through effective coordination, scheduling, deployment, and quality of jobs.

Key Result Areas
  • Plans the daily manpower resource and deploys staff based on the weekly schedule.
  • Ensures all contractual and ad‑hoc jobs are scheduled within the Client Success department.
  • Ensures conformance to internal and external work procedures and quality standards.
  • Handles customer complaints (feedback via phone or email) and conducts follow‑up service calls/visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Acts as the Quality Management representative, ensuring conformance and compliance with ISO 9001 QMS procedures.
  • Serves as the single point of contact for clients in the appointed zone.
  • Handles customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Executes billing related activities.
  • Works closely with Area Managers on operational plans to ensure productivity KPIs are met.
  • Handles required administrative duties with the rest of the team.
  • Performs any other related duties as instructed by the immediate superior.
Work Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in pest control or related services industry.
  • Preferably with tertiary education.
  • Valid NEA VCO license will be a bonus.
  • Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Socio‑friendly, outgoing, with strong presentation and communication skills.
