- Ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Monitor workflow to enhance customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
- Oversee cleanliness and hygiene of the premises.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise food court staff.
- Manage shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
