The Business Operations Executive drives operational governance, financial due diligence, compliance, and coordination to support the organisation’s strategic and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional day-to-day operations, ensuring quality assurance for proposals, sales quotations, costing sheets, bookings reports, and governance trackers.
- Liaise with finance to conduct financial due diligence for business units.
- Accountable for resource movement, tracking, allocation, and compliance-related liaison and reporting (including client due diligence for audits and inspections).
- Coordinate business operations and various departments to drive operational excellence programmes.
- Oversee vendor management including PR raising for technology refreshes, asset/license renewals, certifications, and accreditations and perform price benchmarking with quotation due diligence.
- Provide timely operational reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders.
- Support catalogue management processes where applicable, ensuring offerings and service information are accurate and up-to-date Ensign
- Undertake other duties assigned by the Business Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree, with minimum 3 years’ experience in business operations.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com proficiency.
- High attention to detail, analytical capability, and organisational skills.
