Job summary
A leading breast care clinic in Singapore is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to provide patient care and clinical support. You will manage patient appointments, assist during consultations, and coordinate surgical bookings. The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, is a registered nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Staff Nurse in clinical settings.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- BCLS & AED Certified.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and manage enquiries.
- Assist the doctor during consultations and procedures.
- Scrub in during surgeries when required.
- Arrange and track radiology exams and laboratory tests.
- Conduct financial counselling for patients.

Central
5.5 days work week - Monday to Friday and half Sat, office hours
- Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls. Manage patient enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Assist the doctor during consultations and clinic procedures.
- Scrub in with the doctor to Operating Theatre when required.
- Arrange radiology exams, laboratory tests, and other investigations; track reports for follow‑up visits.
- Provide clear instructions to patients regarding ordered tests and procedures.
- Coordinate surgical bookings, including operation theatre, ward admission, anaesthetists, frozen section services, and other required arrangements.
- Conduct financial counselling for patients undergoing procedures and surgeries by giving estimated fee breakdowns.
- Liaise with insurance companies to raise pre‑authorisations and Letters of Guarantee.
- Maintain consistent communication with patients undergoing treatment, offering guidance and support.
- Register and bill patient visits accurately.
- Submit outpatient claims through TPA portals.
- Manage clinic inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for purchasing, maintenance, and service support.
- Min. Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Min. 2-3 years’ experience as a Staff Nurse in clinical settings
- Must be a Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- BCLS & AED Certified
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
