Qualifications

Job description

• Working Days: 5.5 days
• One Saturday off per month

Job Responsibilities

• Assist doctor during patient consultations, clinical procedures and OT
• Provide patient counselling on preparation for procedures and/or admission
• Provide financial counselling for patients scheduled for procedures and/or admission, including raising of pre-authorization and liaising with insurance companies
• Assist clinic administration, including scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate medical documentation, and supporting daily clinic operations
• Assist in the dispensing of medications and medical supplies
• Coordinate with external providers/ vendors in the management of patients
• Maintain stocks & inventory of surgical consumables

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Nitec/Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board and possess a valid Practicing Certificate
• Prior working experience in a private clinic setting will be an added advantage
