Job summary
A community care organization in Singapore seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to assist the Matron in planning and organizing functions in compliance with MSF standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in an acute hospital and be passionate about working with the intellectually challenged. This role involves flexible shifts, including weekends and 24-hour on-call duties. Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years work experience in an acute hospital.
- Willing to work 2 shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays as rostered.
- Willing to be on 24-hour call as rostered.
Responsibilities
- Assist Matron in planning and supervising home activities.
- Ensure compliance with standards set by MSF.
Skills
Education
You will assist our Matron in planning, organizing and supervising the functions and activities of the Home in compliance with standards set by MSF.
- Registered Nurse, enrolled with SNB.
- At least 3 years work experience in an acute hospital.
- Willing to work 2 shifts, weekends and Public Holidays as rostered.
- Passionate about working with the intellectually challenged community.
- Willing to be on 24-hour call as rostered.
- Able to converse in English and in other dialects.
