Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a personal assistant to the CEO at Guilin Garden Restaurant Pte. Ltd., a renowned eatery located in the Chinatown Central Region. As a full‑time personal assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth running of the company's day‑to‑day operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, including managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling all incoming communications, such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Organising and maintaining the CEO’s files, records, and documentation in a well‑organised manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents as required
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the CEO’s priorities and initiatives
  • Performing other ad‑hoc tasks as requested by the CEO to support the overall business operations
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Excellent typing skills, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to be able to communicate with directors, co workers etc.
