Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a qualified AU Nurse to join their team. The role involves preparing patients for anaesthetic procedures, assisting Anaesthetists, and ensuring high standards of patient safety. Ideal candidates should be Registered Nurses with at least 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, along with relevant certifications. This position is located at Orchard and includes responsibilities that require attention to detail and patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board certification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as AU Nurse in a clinical setting.
• BCLS and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and theatre for anaesthetic procedures.
• Assist Anaesthetists with preparation of anaesthetic equipment and monitoring.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control.
• Support safe patient transfer and early recovery in PACU.

Work Location: Orchard

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and theatre for anaesthetic procedures.
• Assist Anaesthetists with preparation of anaesthetic equipment, medications, IV access and patient monitoring.
• Manage monitoring, airway equipment, medications, and documentation.
• Maintain high standards of infection control, patient safety and equipment management.
• Support safe patient transfer and early recovery in PACU.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• BCLS & AED Certified
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• At least 1 – 2 years’ AU Nurse in clinic setting
