Job Summary

Drive sales and build strategic relationships for health supplements and wellness products by engaging healthcare professionals and key accounts. Deliver expert product education, manage the full sales cycle, and support marketing initiatives to contribute to business growth and brand leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of assigned health supplements and wellness products to clinics, pharmacies, wellness centres, and healthcare professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct detailed product presentations to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and clinic teams, clearly communicating benefits, indications, contraindications, and usage guidance to support informed decision‑making.
  • Deliver customer education sessions both in‑person and online, enhancing product knowledge, compliance understanding, and patient communication skills among healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with key accounts and decision makers including clinic managers, pharmacists‑in‑charge, and purchasing teams to secure repeat business and expand market presence.
  • Plan and execute sales calls, territory coverage, and weekly/monthly activity targets including visits, follow‑ups, sampling, and event participation to maximize outreach and sales effectiveness.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities such as new outlets, prescribing/dispensing accounts, corporate wellness partners, and distributor channels to drive market expansion.
  • Support marketing initiatives including roadshows, health talks, webinars, and community screenings, representing the brand professionally and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, quotation and pricing support, order processing, delivery coordination, to after‑sales follow‑up, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track sales performance and pipeline using CRM systems; prepare and submit regular reports, market feedback, competitor updates, and actionable plans to inform strategy.
  • Ensure all communications and promotional materials comply with internal SOPs and relevant advertising and claims regulations for supplements to maintain ethical standards.
  • Handle basic product or service issue escalations and collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and regulatory/QA to resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
Required competencies and certifications
  • Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, or equivalent healthcare qualification (Trained Nurse background).
  • Proficiency in English to effectively communicate product information and conduct educational sessions, essential for engaging healthcare professionals and customers.
  • Ability to travel locally for customer visits; possession of a driving licence is advantageous if required by the role.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, pharmacy/clinic settings, or sales, with consultative selling and relationship‑building skills preferred.
  • Strong clinical communication skills with the ability to deliver group presentations and health talks.
  • Good understanding of wellness concepts such as gut health, immunity, anti‑inflammatory support, joint health, and weight management, with a willingness to learn evidence‑based product knowledge.
  • Self‑motivated and organized with the ability to work independently and manage territory schedules effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software to support sales tracking and reporting.
  • High integrity to sell responsibly, avoid exaggerated claims, and prioritize consumer safety and regulatory compliance.
