Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Singapore is looking for a Procurement Specialist. You will interpret mechanical drawings, conduct sourcing, and ensure compliance with specifications. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management or Mechanical Engineering, alongside at least 3 years of experience. Essential skills include strong negotiation, sourcing abilities, and familiarity with Oracle Systems. An opportunity to enhance the supply chain network and secure competitive offers is provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good knowledge of Supply Chain & Inventory Management.
  • Experience in fabrication sourcing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret mechanical drawing and conduct sourcing as per project specifications.
  • Prepare bid analysis, purchase orders, and track fabrication parts.
  • Co-ordinate between suppliers and internal teams to meet specifications.
  • Analyse and recommend procurement routes and vendors.
