Job summary
A leading retail company in Singapore is looking for a qualified candidate to develop its market strategy and objectives in Southeast Asia. The ideal applicant should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in opening stores in large shopping malls. Familiarity with the jewelry or luxury goods sectors is essential. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Develop the company’s market strategy for Southeast Asia.
- Coordinate resources and engage with industry partners for store expansion.
- Maintain relationships with shopping malls and negotiate partnerships.
Skills
- Develop the company’s market strategy and objectives for the Southeast Asia market;
- Coordinate company resources and actively engage with industry partners to facilitate the expansion and layout of offline retail stores;
- Implement business development plans, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing shopping malls, and conduct external business negotiations and follow up on commercial partnerships;

- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in Southeast Asia, with proven experience in successfully opening stores in large shopping malls;
- Familiarity with the jewelry, luxury goods, and high-end cosmetics industries; knowledge of the industry landscape in target cities is a plus;
