Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is boldly pursuing an innovative portfolio of technologies to address a patient’s unmet clinical needs. Due to dynamic growth, we have created a new role for a driven Clinical Sales Manager TMTT, to join our passionate team with the responsibility for managing the TMTT Clinical Field Specialists across SEA. You will also act as the clinical and technical support for clinicians with transcatheter edge to edge repair procedures. This includes screening patients, training implant and imaging teams on the device and procedure and taking the lead support for clinicians and imagers in the TEER procedure. You will be heavily relied on as an expert providing guidance and options to the implant team.

How you will make an impact:
  • Manages, coaches and motivates a team of Clinical Field Specialists across assigned territories utilizing in-depth understanding of structural heart and cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
  • Promotes and sells product portfolio and solutions directly to current and new customers while building and utilizing the relationships with customers in assigned area/s
  • Supports sales activities of territory/account managers in complex selling situations while executing short-term plans for the assigned area/s
  • Other incidental duties
What you will need (Required):
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in Associate's or technical certification (e.g., echocardiography, nursing)
  • Proven experience of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience
  • Experience as clinical specialist imaging/echocardiographer with TEE or CT experience
  • Experience in structural heart devices
What else we look for (Preferred):
  • Good imaging analysis software skills (e.g. 3Mensio, TomTec, Vitrea, Circle VI, etc.)
  • Expertise of the TMTT product portfolio, how it addresses customer needs and how it compares to competitor offerings
  • Understand BU direction, target and the competitive landscape of assigned area/s
  • Applies sales experience to sales target achievement
  • In-depth understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
  • Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
  • Builds and utilizes the relationships with customers in assigned area/s
  • Seen as resource to customers organization based on ability to develop innovative, mutually beneficial partnerships and solutions
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
