Principle Product Manager - AI Research Lab

Pixalate seeks a Product Manager to drive our AI‑powered fraud detection/prevention platform and revolutionize how our sales, customer success, and operations teams work. Partner with PhD‑level AI engineers to ship agentic AI systems that protect millions of users while making our teams 10x more efficient.

About the Role

Join our innovative AI Research team. In this role, you'll translate cutting‑edge research in agentic AI and multimodal analysis into products that both catch fraudsters and transform internal workflows. Ship real impact in weeks, not years.

Key Responsibilities
Product Execution & Delivery
  • Own product roadmaps for AI‑powered tools
  • Manage product backlogs, prioritizing features that balance AI innovation with user needs
  • Define requirements for agentic AI systems that automate complex workflows
  • Lead sprint planning and coordinate releases with engineering and AI research teams
AI Transformation & Market Research
  • Identify opportunities where agentic AI can transform internal processes
  • Research emerging AI technologies (RAG systems, multi‑agent frameworks) for product integration
  • Analyze market trends to position our AI capabilities against competitors
  • Partner with internal teams to identify automation opportunities and measure efficiency gains
Technical Product Management
  • Collaborate with AI engineers on agentic system architectures
  • Define success metrics for both model performance and business impact
  • Ensure AI products meet accuracy, latency, and scalability requirements
  • Manage the iterative improvement of AI models based on real‑world performance
Basic Qualifications
Relevant Experience
  • 2-5 years of product management with 2+ years in AI/ML products
  • Proven track record shipping AI features from concept to production with well known LLMs/ML Models
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products and understanding of enterprise workflows
  • Success working with technical teams (data scientists, ML engineers)
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts: LLMs, embeddings, RAG systems
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and multi‑agent orchestration
  • Ability to evaluate AI model performance and make data‑driven decisions
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation tools
Product Skills
  • Excellence in writing PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and metrics analysis
  • Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms)
  • Agile/Scrum experience with distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD Preferred
  • Experience in cybersecurity, ad tech, or fraud detection domains
  • Background building internal tools or automation platforms
  • Understanding of multimodal AI (text, image, video analysis)
  • Technical degree or certifications in AI/ML
