In this role, you will analyze and execute worldwide strategic investments and divestments (M&A, partnerships, greenfield) and be directly responsible for the deal execution process in allocated geographies and deals. This includes valuation, offer preparation, due diligence coordination, deal negotiation, and internal approvals. You will support the full investment cycle, including deal sourcing, transaction execution, management, and divestment. Additionally, you will contribute to and facilitate investment-related communications and decision‑making within the organization and act as a key liaison between the APAC regional headquarters in Singapore and EDP/EDPR headquarters in Portugal and Spain.
