Job summary
A global life sciences company in Singapore seeks a candidate for a pharmaceutical manufacturing position. The role involves product assembly, adherence to GMP standards, and participation in process improvement activities. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, be physically fit to lift up to 20kg, and hold a GCE 'O' Level or Nitec qualification. This position follows a standard Monday to Friday work schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level/Nitec.
- Physically fit to lift objects up to 20kg when required.
Responsibilities
- Assembly of product with specific written instructions, blueprints and drawings.
- Participate in PPI (Practical Process Improvements), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Maintain ISO9001 and cGMP documentation practices.
- Work with Supervisor and Engineers to ensure quality, waste, and efficiency.
- Execute improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency.
Standard (Mon-Fri)
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
- Assembly of product with specific written instructions, blueprints and drawings
- Participate in PPI (Practical Process Improvements), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities including 5S activities
- Maintain ISO9001 and cGMP documentation practices to ensure conformity. Maintain and upkeep the housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.
- Work with Supervisor and Engineers to ensure that quality, waste and efficiency are meeting requirements
- Execute improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level/Nitec.
- Physically fit to lift objects up to 20kg when required.
