Job summary

A global life sciences company in Singapore seeks a candidate for a pharmaceutical manufacturing position. The role involves product assembly, adherence to GMP standards, and participation in process improvement activities. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, be physically fit to lift up to 20kg, and hold a GCE 'O' Level or Nitec qualification. This position follows a standard Monday to Friday work schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level/Nitec.
• Physically fit to lift objects up to 20kg when required.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of product with specific written instructions, blueprints and drawings.
• Participate in PPI (Practical Process Improvements), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Maintain ISO9001 and cGMP documentation practices.
• Work with Supervisor and Engineers to ensure quality, waste, and efficiency.
• Execute improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency.

Environmental Conditions

Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Responsibilities

• Assembly of product with specific written instructions, blueprints and drawings
• Participate in PPI (Practical Process Improvements), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities including 5S activities
• Maintain ISO9001 and cGMP documentation practices to ensure conformity. Maintain and upkeep the housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.
• Work with Supervisor and Engineers to ensure that quality, waste and efficiency are meeting requirements
• Execute improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level/Nitec.
