Job summary

A machinery manufacturing company is seeking a skilled CNC Operator in Singapore. Responsibilities include operating CNC Milling machines, programming, and maintaining production quality. Candidates should have at least 3 years of CAD/CAM experience and be familiar with micro precision parts manufacturing. This is a permanent, full-time role with onsite work.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience with CAD/CAM.
• Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Reading, interpreting and executing machining works using CNC Milling Machines.
• Operating and setup of CNC Milling machines.
• Suggest new tooling design & modification when required.
• Prepare and update CNC programs.
• Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine.
• Perform machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Check output to ensure consistency with specifications.
• Maintain 5S practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works using CNC Milling Machines.
• Operating and setup of CNC Milling machines.
• Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.
• Prepare and update of CNC programs.
• Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.
• Perform machine troubleshooting, periodic preventive maintenance of all machines.
• Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
• Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices.
