Overview

• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets while maintaining customer focus
• Healthcare and/or Public Sector industry experience
• Ability to engage both C-suite executives and technical stakeholders (developers, IT architects)
• Strong analytical skills and strategic territory planning capabilities
• Experience driving new account acquisition and expansion in enterprise technology sales

• Revenue Leadership: Own and exceed quarterly revenue targets while building sustainable sales pipelines in your healthcare territory
• Healthcare Value Creation: Develop compelling value propositions addressing clinical transformation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance specific to healthcare organizations
• Strategic Territory Management: Use sales metrics and market intelligence to identify opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies
• Customer Adoption: Accelerate cloud adoption by guiding customers to prioritize high-impact use cases aligned with their digital transformation goals
• Partner Collaboration: Build strategic partner relationships, coach their teams on AWS healthcare solutions, and manage joint pipeline development

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
• Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies
• Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• AWS certification
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience selling to Healthcare or Public Sector organisations in Singapore
