Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in facilitating Learning & Development, or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, including flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for associates on operational processes.
• Monitor training compliance and maintain accurate records.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback.
