A leading cloud services provider in Singapore is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their AWS Public Sector team. In this role, you will develop strategic account plans and drive customer adoption of AWS services within the Public Sector. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of direct sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to engage with C-level executives. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This individual should have a successful track record of driving digital transformation and business growth through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, developers, and various lines of businesses within your customers.

  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  • Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and proactive support.
  • Tracking key account metrics, preparing reports, and providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross-functional teams
  • 8+ years of direct sales experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
