Job summary
A leading healthcare recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Research Project Manager. The role requires managing projects from start to finish, developing statistical plans, and ensuring compliance with ethical requirements. Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in Public Health and have a strong background in health services research. Salary: up to $6000
You will be responsible for the following:
- Successfully manage projects from start-up to completion.
- Study protocol development
- Develop statistical analysis plans and conduct analyses.
- Oversee study compliance to the ethics requirements and local regulations
- Supervision of quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
- Development of scientific papers and the dissemination of the study findings
- Preparation of proposals for new grants
- Conduct literature reviews, including systematic reviews.
- Mentoring junior staff
- Engage with healthcare professionals and collaborators to support research activities.
- Min. PH.D. in Public Health or Health Services Research
- Has track record in clinical/public health/health services research, with outstanding management abilities and a demonstrated track record of leadership.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experiences
- Proficient in use of standard statistical or qualitative software e.g. STATA, SPSS, NVivo.
- Good scientific writing skills as demonstrated by track records of publications in international peer-reviewed journals
