Senior Patient Services Coordinator
Job summary
A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking individuals to assist doctors during patient consultations and facilitate patient visits. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling billing transactions, and addressing patient inquiries. Ideal candidates should possess at least a GCE 'N' Level qualification, and experience in customer service or healthcare is an advantage. Availability for alternate Saturday shifts may be required.
Qualifications
- At least GCE 'N' Level qualification.
- Experience in customer service or healthcare is advantageous.
- Available for alternate Saturday duty.
Responsibilities
- Assist doctors in consultation rooms during patient reviews.
- Facilitate patient visits by scheduling appointments.
- Complete billing transactions and handle patient inquiries.
