• Receive all incoming calls and guests at the front desk, record inquiries, and forward them to relevant parties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and meeting rooms.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting rooms.
• Manage meeting room bookings and assist departments with logistical needs.
• Train temporary receptionists to cover during absences.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
