We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Clinic Assistant. The involves various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service at the front desk Mandarin speaking for Chinese patients
  • Managing appointment schedules and handling patient registration
  • Utilizing electronic medical records systems efficiently and accurately
  • Responding to phone calls and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintaining and updating patient databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Processing invoices, collecting payments, and managing insurance claims
  • Providing chaperone support during physical examinations of female patients
  • Performing general housekeeping duties to uphold cleanliness standards
