Job summary

A staffing services provider is looking for a Receptionist in Singapore to manage visitor interactions, handle calls, and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years in reception roles, possess exceptional communication skills, and be adept at multitasking. The role offers a competitive salary of up to $3000, with meal allowances and additional bonuses. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, across locations including Yishun Industrial Park and Cleantech Loop.

  • Answer phone calls and handle general inquiries.
  • Manage visitor registration and issue passes.
  • Coordinate courier services and handle mail.
  • Maintain cleanliness of reception area.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with data entry and document scanning.
  • Support HR and operations teams with onboarding.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies.
  • Handle emergency calls and escalations promptly.

Job Scopes:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally at the front desk.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and handle general inquiries.

  • Manage visitor registration and issue passes in compliance with security protocols.

  • Coordinate courier services and handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document scanning.

  • Support HR and operations teams with onboarding arrangements and visitor coordination.

  • Monitor and manage office supplies for reception and common areas.

  • Handle emergency calls and escalations to relevant departments promptly.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reception roles.
