A staffing services provider is looking for a Receptionist in Singapore to manage visitor interactions, handle calls, and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years in reception roles, possess exceptional communication skills, and be adept at multitasking. The role offers a competitive salary of up to $3000, with meal allowances and additional bonuses. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, across locations including Yishun Industrial Park and Cleantech Loop.

Location & Headcount required:
1x Yishun Industrial Park
1x Cleantech Loop (Transport provided at Jurong East)
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally at the front desk.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and handle general inquiries.
Manage visitor registration and issue passes in compliance with security protocols.
Coordinate courier services and handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document scanning.
Support HR and operations teams with onboarding arrangements and visitor coordination.
Monitor and manage office supplies for reception and common areas.
Handle emergency calls and escalations to relevant departments promptly.
Minimum 2 years of experience in reception roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of office equipment.
