  • Ensure facilities are patient-friendly and safe.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and service improvements.
  • Support business and financial targets with clinical teams.
  • Prepare annual budgets, review performance & develop new initiatives.
  • Lead and supervise non-nursing staff (appraisals, training, recruitment, retention).
  • Ensure good communication flow between staff and management.
  • Participate in committees and ad-hoc projects.
