Job summary

A premier hospitality brand in Singapore seeks a Guest Service Executive to manage front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. The role requires a calm, organized individual with a passion for service, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently. Candidates should have at least Secondary 4 education with GCE ‘O’ level credits and preferably some experience in the hotel or retail sector. Qualifications

  • Previous Front Office experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector would be an advantage.
  • Ability to listen effectively and comprehend the English language to understand and obtain instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area.
  • Prepare and coordinate group arrivals and departures.
