Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for the APAC region. In this role, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management while partnering with senior management to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in FP&A or regional finance roles and possesses strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Proficiency with Excel and BI tools is essential. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are also necessary.

Overview

The FP&A Manager will lead regional financial planning, analysis, and reporting across APAC, partnering closely with senior management to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency. Based in Singapore, this role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across APAC markets, with occasional travel for reviews and planning sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full FP&A cycle for APAC, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Deliver timely and accurate regional performance analysis with commentary and insights for management.
  • Drive financial modelling and scenario planning to support strategic and investment decisions.
  • Partner with country finance teams to review business performance, inventory health, and distributor profitability.
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting processes, and financial governance across the region.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
  • 8+ years’ progressive experience in FP&A or regional finance roles.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; proficiency with Excel and BI/reporting tools.
