We are seeking a talented Project Executive (M.I.C.E) to join our dynamic team at I-Promo Pte Ltd. In this full-time position based in the East Region, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (M.I.C.E) experiences for our clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating and executing all aspects of M.I.C.E events, from initial planning to successful delivery
• Supporting the account service teams in collating content and financials for proposal & pitching
• Coordinating and managing pre-event preparations and operations for providing direct support to clients
• Liaising with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations
• Developing and managing event budgets, timelines, and logistics
• Providing on-site support and troubleshooting during events
• Generating detailed event reports and post-event analysis
• Providing support on registration, speaker management, website and manpower planning
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve event processes and deliver exceptional experiences

What we’re looking for
