Job description

We are seeking an experienced Event Management Lead to plan, develop, and oversee marketing events the APAC region, including trade shows, conventions, and customer briefings. The key focus of this role is managing end‑to‑end event logistics and ensuring seamless delivery to support pipeline acceleration, brand differentiation, and commercial objectives.

Location: Central

Duration: 6‑months (subject to renewable / convertible)

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute events aligned with APAC business goals.
  • Deliver a mix of face‑to‑face, virtual, and hybrid events tailored to APAC market needs.
  • Manage end‑to‑end event logistics, including invitations, registration, attendee communications, lead tracking, and post‑event analysis.
  • Manage event budgets, track costs, and optimize spend.
  • Define and track KPIs such as lead generation, attendee engagement, and post‑event ROI.
  • Lead vendor selection, negotiation, management, and contracting for cost‑effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Operations, and external partners for seamless execution.
  • Communicate effectively, manage stakeholder expectations, and handle complex situations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor and report on event performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Experience and Background
  • Minimum 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in event management, preferably across multiple APAC markets.
  • Strong ability to analyze event data and produce actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of delivering events that drive measurable business outcomes.
