A leading event production company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technology Operations Lead to manage event production and broadcast services across the Asia-Pacific region. You will oversee a team of specialists to ensure high-quality execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events. The ideal candidate has over 5 years in event production, a strong technical background in A/V systems, and excellent stakeholder management skills. APAC Technology Operations Lead (Event & Broadcast Production)

We are looking for an experienced Technology Operations Lead to manage and enhance event production and broadcast services across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events that connect leaders, employees, and external audiences across markets. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a calm, organized approach to managing multiple, high-profile productions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a regional team of technical production and broadcast specialists, including outsourced partners, to deliver high-quality live events and studio productions.
  • Plan and manage the end-to-end technical delivery of executive meetings, live webcasts, town halls, and studio recordings, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Act as the technical show lead during events, directing production flow, timing, and issue resolution in real time.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications, Technology, and Workplace Services teams to align on event objectives, creative direction, and logistical requirements.
  • Manage scheduling, equipment readiness, and pre-event testing to maintain operational reliability.
  • Evaluate and approve new A/V and streaming technologies, ensuring they meet enterprise standards and performance benchmarks.
  • Establish and enforce incident management, redundancy, and escalation processes for live events.
  • Provide strategic input on event technology planning and best practices to senior business stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Media Production, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in event production, broadcast operations, or multimedia technology leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing live broadcast or enterprise-level event environments across multiple regions.
  • Strong technical background in A/V systems, signal flow, streaming platforms, and event control room operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise collaboration or streaming platforms such as Zoom, Kaltura, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting senior executives in a corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, troubleshoot effectively, and lead teams through live event challenges.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of hybrid event production workflows, including multi‑site or virtual participation models.
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance standards relevant to live streaming and recording.
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations or regulated industries.
