A leading marketing firm in Singapore seeks an Operations Executive to manage logistics for events, ensuring smooth workflows and operational accuracy. The role includes project coordination, budget management, and compliance oversight, necessitating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This role is to support day-to-day operational execution across office, field, and event activities to ensure smooth workflows, operational accuracy, and consistent service standards within a direct selling environment. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics for distributor events, meetings, and activations; managing POS reconciliation and closing reports; and ensuring operational compliance with company SOPs. The executive oversees end-to-end event operations—from pre-event preparation to on-site execution and post-event closure—while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and field leaders. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment are critical to ensuring operational excellence and supporting business growth.
Coordinate and execute daily operational activities to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and full compliance with company SOPs.
Support the planning and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and distributor/customer experience.
Liaise with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, finance, IT, and field operations) to ensure seamless day-to-day business operations.
Maintain accurate operational documentation, records, and reports for audit, compliance, and management review.
Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.
Support inventory control processes, including stock allocation, order processing, vendor coordination, audits, and periodic stock counts.
Prepare, analyze, and present operational reports, including sales performance, inventory movement, POS discrepancies, and shrinkage analysis.
Assist in project coordination for new outlet openings, refurbishments, and visual merchandising rollouts aligned with brand standards.
Coordinate operational execution for distributor events, incentive programs, trainings, roadshows, and corporate meetings, including setup, on-site support, and teardown.
Manage pre-event preparations, on-site operational control, and post-event reconciliation, including POS closing and reporting.
Perform additional operational duties as assigned to support business and field requirements.
Work location: Tai Seng Centre
Working hours: Monday till Friday (10am to 7pm)
