Our creative events platform provides international manpower and event management capabilities that include copywriting, design, and agenda creation. We craft compelling messaging and creative event formats that better attract your target audience.

We thrive on innovation, speed, and making a big impact in the scene. If you're passionate about events and ready to dive into the deep end of a fast‑paced startup environment, this is your stage!

BSY is also the creator of WINE&HOUSE, a newsletter and rave community about wine, house music, and creativity.

Job Description

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you will be instrumental in the end‑to‑end process of bringing our events to life. You'll gain experience across the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept to execution and breakdown.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Venue & Vendor Research (The Detective Work):

    • Conduct deep‑dived research to scout and vet unique, exciting, and compliant event venues for diverse event formats (e.g., warehouses, rooftop bars, unique outdoor spaces, day‑rave locations).

    • Maintain and expand our database of preferred vendors (caterers, security, technical production, décor, etc.).

    • Prepare detailed comparative analyses and summary reports on venue suitability, capacity, and cost‑effectiveness.

  2. Proposal Drafting & Planning (The Architect):

    • Assist the team in drafting professional event proposals and detailed operational plans for internal and client projects.

    • Contribute creative ideas to event themes, décor, and attendee experience to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

    • Support in developing event budgets and tracking expenses.

  3. Event Execution (The Action):

    • Be on‑site for various events, including our corporate events/launches, ensuring smooth setup, operation, and teardown.

    • Assist with logistics management, including supplier coordination and equipment load‑in/load‑out.

    • Serve as an on‑site contact, helping to resolve issues quickly and maintaining high operational standards under pressure.

  4. Administrative & General Support (The Backbone):

    • Manage and organize event documentation (permits, contracts, invoices).

    • Conduct post‑event reporting, including attendee feedback compilation and operational debriefs.
