Job Summary

The Events Executive / Guest Relations Officer will collaborate closely with the Events Director to plan, coordinate, and execute events that deliver seamless and memorable experiences for guests and clients. This role drives operational excellence and elevates service quality through proactive problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Events Director to plan and execute events that meet client expectations and business objectives
  • Manage event communications by responding promptly and professionally to guest enquiries via email and phone to ensure clear and effective information exchange
  • Coordinate and participate in site visits with clients and vendors to assess event requirements and logistics for flawless execution
  • Prepare, organise, and maintain event documentation including contracts, proposals, and event orders to support operational accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring service delivery aligns with company standards and enhances guest satisfaction
  • Manage guest relations by welcoming clients, attending to VIPs, and addressing feedback constructively to foster positive experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery and resolve operational challenges proactively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Background in Food & Beverage or hospitality industries to support event and guest service excellence
  • Basic knowledge of wines and beverages, with WSET Level 1 or 2 certification considered an advantage
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during event hours to meet operational demands
