Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Event & Catering Sales Manager to lead and expand QuantFood’s event, corporate catering, and private dining business. This high-impact role owns revenue growth by building sales pipelines, closing deals, and managing key clients while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for event, corporate catering, and private dining services across QuantFood brands by actively sourcing and developing leads from corporates, offices, MICE and event agencies, embassies, schools, clubs, co-working spaces, and brand partnerships
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by preparing compelling proposals, setting competitive pricing, and negotiating effectively to close deals
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and track sales performance to meet or exceed targets
- Serve as the primary client contact from initial enquiry through post-event follow-up, ensuring client needs are understood and met with tailored menus, formats, and experiences
- Deliver excellent client service to foster repeat business and generate referrals
- Collaborate closely with operations, outlet managers, kitchen teams, marketing, and design teams to coordinate event logistics, timelines, and special requirements, ensuring feasibility, accurate costing, and smooth execution
- Partner with management to refine catering menus, event packages, corporate meal programs, and seasonal or festive offerings based on market feedback
- Monitor competitor pricing and customer preferences to inform product and pricing strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports and insights for management and maintain an up-to-date CRM/client database
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event sales, catering sales, F&B sales, or hospitality business development
- Proven track record of closing corporate or event deals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working with event agencies or corporate clients is a strong plus
