Job summary
A healthcare services company in Singapore is looking for part-time Basic Care Assistants to work from 8am to 12pm, assisting bedbound patients with their hygiene and feeding needs. Qualifications
- No experience required.
- Ability to assist with hygiene and oral feeding.
- Must ensure patient safety and provide emotional support.
Responsibilities
- Attend to hygiene needs of patients requiring assistance.
- Oral feeding for patients needing help.
- Assist with lifting and moving patients.
- Facilitate social-emotional support activities.
- Comply with infection control practices.
- Perform other duties assigned by nurse manager.
Working Hours: 8am to 12pm, minimum any 5 days a week from Mon to Sun
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to hygiene needs of patients who require assistance or are bedbound
- Oral feed patients who require assistance with oral feeding
- Assist with lifting, moving and transporting of patients
- Ensure patients safety and facilitate social-emotional support through suitable activities
- Comply with infection control practices when attending to patients
- Performs other duties assigned by nurse manager
