A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Accountancy and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include verifying vendor invoices, processing payments, and maintaining documentation. The role offers a salary of up to $3,300 and standard office hours of Mon-Fri.

Job Description:
Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable-related matters
Verify vendor invoices & claims submitted by staff
Data entry and processing of vendor invoices and staff claims
Process cheque & GIRO payment
Reconcile Vendor’s statement of account
Assist in generating monthly AR billing
Follow up on, collect, and update payment
Attend to email/call inquiries on vendor invoices and payments
Maintain proper documentation and filing
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Accountancy w min relevant 2 yrs of experience
